
The Synchronized Swimming Coach is responsible for WBC’s synchronized swimming program. The Synchronized Swimming Coach is a part time (approximately 25 hours for the season) summer employee and will be paid a stipend for the season.
As with all WBC program staff, the Synchronized Swimming Coach should be a role model for participants in the Synchronized Swimming Class, exemplifying integrity and the key characteristics we expect of our employees: Commitment, Respect, Responsibility and Cooperation.
While on duty, the Synchronized Swimming Coach should wear the swim suit and uniform specified by the General Manager. When representing the Club at club meetings, the Synchronized Swimming Coach should wear the uniform specified by the GM (collared shirt, khakis).
The Synchronized Swimming Coach must be at least 18 years of age. Prior synchronized swimming experience is required. They should be certified in First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.
The Synchronized Swimming Coach reports to the General Manager.
The specific responsibilities of the Synchronized Swimming Coach will be defined by the GM.
The Synchronized Swimming Coach will design a synchronized swimming program that will include weekly lessons and a show at the end of the program.
